The Institute For Black Public Intellectualism proudly announces the publication of its scholarly journal-The Black Public Intellectual. The Black Public Intellectual serves to provide a much needed voice in the public intellectual landscape. Our audience is both the academic and the larger public. It is our mission to educate all of humanity about the significant role played by black public intellectuals in both U.S. and global public culture. We seek to make plain the important issues of concern to people of Africana descent in our world-past, present, and future.
